BY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE REQUESTING IMARA CAPITAL SECURITIES TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THE NAME(S) PROVIDED IN THIS APPLICATION. YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR ACCURACY AS THEY PERTAIN TO YOU:
